When Northwind Atlas came to us, they had the beginnings of a promising product and a team too small to ship it well.

Our engagement started with a two-week discovery — structured interviews with their operators, an audit of the existing prototype, and a set of technical probes to test whether a retrieval-augmented approach would hold up under real production load.

What followed was a twelve-week build: a Next.js App Router codebase deployed on Vercel, an evaluation harness that ran on every pull request, and a tight feedback loop with a pilot cohort of fifteen customers. We shipped weekly.
